For the last 12 years, he has been employed mainly as a colorist by most publishers in the USA (Disney, Lucas Film, Dark Horse, Z2 Comics, Mad Cave Studios, Boom Studios, Dynamite Entertainment, Cartoon Network, Heavy Metal, Scout Comics, Take 2 Interactive \/ Double Take, Top Cow, Image Comic, Stella, Vault Comics, IDW Publishing, Wired Magazine, Adaptive Studios and others) and Europe (Soleil, Glenat, Feltrinelli).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He is currently on transdisciplinary doctoral studies for contemporary art and media at the Faculty of Media and Communication, FMK Belgrade, where he is finishing his doctoral dissertation on the topic of American superhero comics and graphic novels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He collaborated on licensed titles such as: Star Wars, Clive Barker's Hellraiser and Next Testament, Robocop series, Maze Runner film adaptation, Steed and Mrs. Peel (based on the British TV series The Avengers), Highlander official prequel, Noir, Pathfinder, Cartoon Network's Adventure Time, Bravest Warriors, Munchkin &amp; Amazing World of Gumball, WWE Undertaker Original Graphic Novel and other projects from the world of film and comics. He has also collaborated on music industry related graphic novels such as Machine Gun Kelly's Hotel Diablo, Ice Nine Kills, Hilltop Hoods, Yungblud, and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\"><br>He exhibited as a comic author at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New York Comic Con in New York 2015, 2016, 2017, 2022, 2023,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the region at the international comics salon in SKC in Belgrade in 2024,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at the collective exhibition Balkan Youth Review in Leskovac in the period from 2011-2025 every year,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>collective exhibitions for the association of comic artists of Serbia USUS, of which he has been a member since its foundation in 2012,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at the collective exhibition From Batman to Neven, which took place at the Comic Factory in 2022.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 2013 until today, he participated in collective exhibitions at various comics festivals throughout Eastern Europe, such as Mafest in Makarska, Comic Festival in Lakta\u0161i, etc.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">In 2019, he was hired by the French Organization of Zoological Gardens and the publishing house Glenat to work on a comic book dedicated to endangered species of rhinoceros in Africa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"margin-top:16px\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vladimir Popov&nbsp;je autor koji radi u oblasti komercijalne ilustracije i sekvencijalnog pripovedanja.
