On behalf of KVANT PUBLISHING, we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. We give customers a choice including the ability to decide whether or not they want to be removed from mailing lists used for marketing campaigns. All user/customer data is strictly stored and accessible only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of KVANT PUBLISHING (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection.

Protection of Confidential Transaction Data
When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted via a public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and the PKI system as the current state-of-the-art cryptographic technology.
Data security during purchases is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's website. Payment card information is not available to our system at any moment.

Delivery of goods and possible restrictions

Delivery is made by courier or mail within 5 working days from the day of payment. If the customer does not make the payment for the ordered items within 7 working days after receiving the instruction, the order will be considered invalid.

For orders worth more than 2,999 dinars, customers are exempt from delivery costs. After payment for the books, we send the books by Post (CC package). We pack all packages carefully. If you still want to send it by Postekspres, you need to emphasize that in the note. If the buyer chooses to send by Postekspres, the postage is paid according to the price list of the Post Office, and the payment of books and postage in that case is made by cash on delivery.
For orders worth less than 2,999, the cost of postage is 350 dinars. The standard shipment is sent as a CC package and the shipping costs are 350 dinars (payment is made before shipping). In case the buyer wants to send it by Postekspres, the postage is paid according to the price list of the Post Office, and the payment of books and postage in that case is made by cash on delivery.

Complaints within the warranty period
Complaints can be submitted only in the case when the delivered product is damaged, incomplete or does not correspond to the specification of the order.

Any materials, feedback or other information you provide to this Site or to KVANT PUBLISHING in connection with this Site ("Information") will not be considered confidential or proprietary. KVANT PUBLISHING shall be the sole owner of all information collected on or in connection with the Site. KVANT PUBLISHING has no obligations with respect to such information and is free to use it without restrictions for any purpose (such as use, reproduction, modification, publication, (re)distribution, public display, etc.) and without attribution.
It is prohibited to post or transmit to or from the Site any illegal, threatening, defamatory, humiliating, obscene, pornographic or other material that violates any laws.
COMPLAINTS
Claims for damage in transport
It is very important that you immediately report any damage in transit, visible on the product packaging, to the courier who delivers the goods to you. The buyer is obliged to report any damage during transport within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
If you notice such damage, do not sign for receipt of the shipment or ask the courier to wait until you check whether the damage to the packaging caused damage to the product itself or the loss of parts. If the product is not damaged, and all parts are numbered, sign the receipt of the shipment.
Complaints about data or the wrong type of goods
If you received the shipment and after opening the box found that the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered ones or the information on the invoice is not correct, please call us at +381 64 150 56 40 no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment, or send an e-mail with your information (name, surname, phone) to the e-mail address mr.popow@gmail.com and describe the problem you have. In the shortest possible time, we will respond to the consumer's reported complaint and inform you about further action. The deadline for resolving a complaint is 15 days from the moment it is reported.
Conversion Statement
All payments will be made in Serbian currency - dinars (RSD). The amount for which your credit card account will be debited is obtained by converting the price in euros into Serbian dinars according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. When debiting your credit card, the same amount is converted to local currency at the exchange rate of the credit card association. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

Refund
The merchant is obliged to present a clear and detailed description of the refund at the e-commerce point of sale and, in case of cancellation of the order, refund the charged funds to the User exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, i.e. exclusively to the payment card account by reversing the original transaction.
The point of sale can use the following statement: "In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a buyer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, VLADIMIR POPOV PR KVANT PUBLISHING is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request."
